Bad package when dropped off.
Package ripped. and one of the hanging bars was missing. Made it hard to mount lower to the ground off atv rack.

Missing Part
Received with hole in box & missing 1 upright attachment bracket. The box that it's in won't hold up to the United States Postal Service. Called Chapin & they're sending out the part.

Looks good . The shipping box was open on both ends. They need to re-think their shipping boxes.

Customer Service from Chapin
The package arrived with a small part (a plastic elbow fitting broken) so I installed the sprayer and called their customer service after the holiday for a replacement part. Chapin told me they have no parts to send out and I must send it back to Amazon for replacement. I got no satisfaction from this Chapin service rep. .Later I received a email from another rep. who said they would be sending a replacement .Everything was resolved and everything preformed great with the repaired sprayer
