Works great
A lil snug but want going to pay 28 more dollars for large size so I used an extra velcro strap added and works great.

VERY SMALL!!
12 inch forearm, not large, but it had to be so tight to even fit.

Small sizing
I ordered a large/X-Large and this barely goes around my forearm. I’m at the edge of the Velcro. My forearm is 11.5 inches in diameter

It works for me
The firmer pad worked better for me than the straps with the gel it does run a little small so order accordingly my fore arm is 11 1/4 and I ordered the L/XL

Great for small forearms
I have small forearms (<7 in circumference) & these are great! Also adjustable. I get sweaty when wearing during a workout & easy to rinse off in the shower. Need to get a backup pair!

Works better than most, looks cool, and water friendly
I bought 4 or 5 different brands of these with varying but similar styles and this was the best functionally for compression to relieve pain and most comfortable to wear. What I really liked is the open design that allows air exposure and doesn't smother the skin. It's also best for getting wet due to the rubber compression piece, and style-×wise looks the coolest.

LG/XL is more like Med.
The silicone pad works. Let's just get that out of the way. As a matter of fact, the whole thing works, except...This is a 5 star product, ruined by a 1 star comfort strap. I'm not a big guy - 12" forearm - and the LG/XL barely gets around my arm. It's one tiny step shy of cutting off circulation when strapped. So, 12" biceps and I can barely get the velcro to latch. 11" bicep you might be fine, 13" forget it, find a different product.Donjoy, if you read this, fix the strap. Admit to a 5 cent per unit additional cost and fix it. And then send me a new one because I like this a lot. :)

Helps minimize discomfort
Not much seems to help the pain of tennis elbow, however, this does seem to alleviate some discomfort. A little rolling out of the muscle, massage around the tendon, and wearing this elbow strap seems to have helped pain management quite a bit. Because this is just a strap, it is easy and more discrete to wear. I love the stiff pressure point, rather than the soft pads as it's more "massaging".
