I recently purchased a rolling chair from this seller on Amazon and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed not only with the chair itself but also with the customer service provided. The chair arrived on time and was quite straightforward to assemble. It’s comfortable, stylish, and fits perfectly in my workspace.However, a few weeks after the purchase, I noticed an issue with the backrest. Despite the replacement window being closed, I reached out to the seller hoping for a solution. To my delight, the seller was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond by sending a replacement backrest at no additional cost.I am very pleased with the proactive customer support and their commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a seller that supports you so well after the purchase and out of the typical warranty period. I highly recommend this product and seller to anyone looking for quality and reliability both in product and service!

I think it is a nice looking chair with good, adjustable back support.

Was searching for an ergonomic chair for home-office or for work from home use. Saw a lot of chair in the market but those were neither having these features and if they did then the prices were astronomical.Also, did plenty of research on Amazon and ultimately found this one with amazing features and at the right price. The detailed dimensions and the virtual reality part helped in the decision.The self assembly was a bit tricky but anyone with basic skills should be able to assemble it in 30 mts or less. The castor wheels are to be just pressed inside and then there are less than 10 nuts to be screwed on.We were happy to see the high quality of the chair and the robustness as well as the many features, which makes the chair a pleasure to sit in for hours together.

Product delivered on time, took almost 40 minutes to assemble. Looks sturdy, durable. I’m 6.2” Chair is big and good thigh support when seat is extended. Sitting comfort is ok.Need to give proper care as colour is white and grey, easy to get dirty. Hand support is bit tricky, if we apply bit force on it to adjust our sitting position, it will move back and forward. It could have been bit tight. Overall satisfied with chair.

Chair quality and look is premium. But the mainly reason I decided to invest in a ergo chair was because of back support problem. But this chair does not support enough lumber support. There is only a vertical slider to adjust where there would be pressure point. But there is no depth control. I am tall and athletic. So I need little depth in lower back. This chair back support, although looks good in pics, but not go deep enough to provide proper support to my lower back. Otherwise other features are good like seat height adjustment. you can move seat forward/backward. back rest can also be tilted to diff angle. mesh is good quality and is the main feature of this chair, so I dont feel hot in long sitting. I just wish there was lumber depth support in this chair.

This is an extremely comfortable sturdy ergonomic chair with good lumbar support and also good looking in the process. Im 100 kilos and it supports my weight without problems. The only complaint I have is its white back which can become dirty easily so needs constant regular cleaning.

Everything about this chair is perfect. Gave 4 stars only to point that the headrest could have been a bit more comfortable. Otherwise, great comfort, great settings, great looks! Can sit extremely long hours without feeling a thing! Amazing product :)
