I'm new to weight training so decided to buy these to do at home inbetween the gym, for the price these are amazing, really good quality well made easy to change from dumbells to barbell these are 20kg and perfect for me as I normally do 10/15kg in the gym.Very happy thank you. I use this for everyday light workouts as I am a home based dev.Overall they're great for light usage. Your max is 8KG for single arm and not enough weights to make 2 of them so you'll have to swap.You need to be pretty firm with the screw tightening.Those are the only things I'd say were relevant to point out other than this is an absolute bargain for a fairly light workout and the multiple configurations allow you to do a lot of different workout sets.Very happy with purchase.

Got these 2 days before actual delivery date very pleased with them

I am recovering from long term illness that has caused a lot of muscle waist. These weights coupled with wall press-ups are perfect for me to slowly build up my upper strength. In a month I’m already seeing increased strength and stamina so I’m over the moon.

It is worth it for £25, the barbell is totally useless though as with all the weights on it your wrists will rub against the weight plates...I have surpassed the weight this kit can give me but i am satisfied with what it gave me for the price.The weights themselves are standard 1inch so they can be put onto a real barbell with an intermediate kit.
