Worked for M-AUDIO CTRL 49!
Didn't need any adapters on the end, the default one works perfectly for the CTRL 49! Was SO happy when I got this working I started playing immediately lol!

Great selection of adapters but they stick WAY out of the appliance
It works just as you'd think and the adapter selection is wide. The problem is that with the inflexible plug on the cord AND the adapter, the assembly is going to stick much further out of the back of your appliance than the stock cord. Since my wife's CD player is on a fairly narrow shelf, we have to position it on a slant to avoid having it fall off the shelf. If you've got another inch of room or so you're fine. If not, you may wish to reconsider.

Lost the the original adapter and couldn't fine the OEM version. This worked well.
