This was what I had been searching for! Great flavor and quality. I cannot use a jar quickly, so I scoop out portions to freeze in baggies until I am ready.

I usually buy Santorini sun-dried tomato paste, but it was out of stock so I took a chance on this product and was not disappointed. The taste is a pop of fabulous flavor. This is my new go to brand. And I love tomato paste in a jar so that you can use as little or as much as you want without ruining the rest.

As I said , a very good keto tomato paste .. I used it to make ketchup, BBQ sauce, meat sauce for my spaghetti squash noodles, and zucchini noodles, and any thing I want a good tomato flavor in…. It‘s a bit expensive but hey, you have a great paste .. I will buy again when needed…!

Update:the second order arrived with no padding and was shattered inside the ziplock bag that it was shipped in.It says refrigeration not necessary, but you should. Within 30 days there was mold all through it. I was so disappointed.

This is a delicious product but is not worth the money unless you are using the whole jar at once, and I can't imagine being able to do that outside restaurant production. Couldn't find a way to keep it from growing mold. No clues on the label. Tried shelf, fridge, and freezer without satisfactory results. Won't bother again.
