Nice skinner but still trying to use it on big ...
Nice skinner but still trying to use it on big redfish. I saw it on YouTube and will soon get it figured out. The steel is excellent, easy to sharpen and holds an edge and the grip is secure when wet and slimy, Now if I can just get the perfect filet for now it is a work in progress. In the mean time I filet big reds with electric.
