I have zero qualms with the quality of the vitamins and supplements contained in these packets. They are NSF certified, which assures that they are 3rd party approved and of guaranteed quality. $160 for 2 months worth of vitamins seems steep, but if you break down what all is included in these packets, purchasing them separately would easily exceed $80 per month, making it a better value than one might initially think from the sticker shock of getting all of them at once in one box. No adverse reactions or side effects for me.

This is a two month supply of multi vitamin packets with each packet containing a mix of 6 supplement capsules .These packets are an easy to take form factor at a competitive price point. The soft gel capsules appear to be well made, with them having uniform appearance, medium to large size, and are easily absorbable format.**** Each packet contains only one "Twice Daily Multi" this is not a mistake because the other supplements fill out the rest of the spectrum thus a second capsule is not needed.****All this being said, I added this to my daily regimen of supplements and hope the health benefits are realized upon my next checkup and daily routine.

This is an EXCELLENT brand with tons of supplements that are NSF certified. If you go to the NSF website, you can look up companies and their products to see if they are NSF certified, and this company is one of them. If it's NSF certified, I always rank that as 5 stars for supplements. On top of that, this is a great set of daily supplements for women, and it has almost every thing I need to take, except my AREDS supplements. It even has DIM. Can't recommend this brand enough. It's WELL worth the price to take such a high quality supplement!

Essential Packets no longer come in pre-separated packets. It is very hard to tear off the packets from the one long line of Packets and invariably, no matter how careful I am, I lose vitamins as it's too hard to tear off the packets without ripping some of them apart.Please could Designs for Health go back to pre-separate, individual packets as they did for years. It is a good product but now is not user friendly.

Whenever it comes to purchasing supplements, I like to check for several things. One of easiest is to check who is selling the product. Most of the time, I find that it is the maker of the product. A red flag is made if I see that it is sold by some other company. However, I know that many companies have authorized resellers. This particular product is sold by Pattern which is a respectable and top selling authorized reseller.Once that hurdle has been cleared, then I look for certification. This product is certified by NSF which has been around for over 80 years developing and implementing public and environmental health standards.I got this product for my wife and she appreciates how complete and all encompassing these supplements are. When it comes to health, she feels that this product is worth it.
