They should stick to a high gloss surface. Be aware that dependant on the weight of the cloth/tea-towel/towel they may fall off I use on a glass shower screen, lightweight towels no problem. Thicker heavier towels their weight is prone to make the suction cup hooks fall off

It can be moved and replaced as many times as you wish and the suction cup will not be worn out. It is made from top-quality SUS 304 stainless steel material that will last through time.

As long as upvc is flat, then they stick brilliantly.
