But here's an average size chart for underwear if it helps at all. This particular brand is pretty average in size, so just order what size you normally wear. 5/S: 36"-38" hip 6/M: 38"-39" hip 7/L: 40"-41" hip 8/XL: 42"-43" hip

I am full figured/curvy and I had to go up a size for better fit. You seem to be petite. I would say go with your regular size. I truly adore these in certain colors. I've had about 2 light pink pair that fitted smaller than the blue, white, hot pink, and purple stripe. Overall, I love them. I hope this helps.
