I'm in my early 40s. I have not tested my testosterone levels in a while but I felt I needed a boost. I have not been feeling as I did in my 30s.I just completed and entire month taking 2 pills every day with my breakfast.Most noticeable effects:- I'm stronger in the gym and I don't feel depleted after training. Period. Good quality and size. Easy to swallow and no taste. However, the smell put me off. Used them only once because of the smell. Won't order these again.

I use this half dose as a dietary supplement. not as an erectile dysfunction treatment. Its not designed for that. Have noticed slight improvement in sperm volume and sexual arousal. Would not recommend as a pre performance aid.

I do notice when I take it that I have a lot more energy. My mood is way better.
