Fantastic value for new college student
Laptop arrived with multiple touch pens in various colors! Quick shipping. Perfect experience out of the box, plugged in, fired up and setup windows. My niece loves how responsive the laptop performance is and the large bright display.

Return process is difficult
Computer failed four times during set up. I finally got it set up and it failed within a few hours. I cannot restart it. It won't let me reinstall windows. That happens. But I spent hours on Amazon's non-intuitive return process before I keyed in what was wrong with the computer for the fourth time and finally sent that message to the seller. Now I am supposed to give the seller 48 hours to respond. IMO, Amazon used to do better. I bought the laptop because I needed a computer. If this is they handle returns, I will have to go elsewhere for my purchases.

It didn’t come with the pen like the description says.

Trouble with mousepad and touch screen
Clear picture, great screen size,light weight for size.The screen on the one I ordered didn’t always seem to be calibrated; I would click on something and sometimes needed to click around what I was trying to select in order to finally select it. The mousepad is what drove me most insane and eventually caused me to return the product; the mouse pad would rarely work with a gentle tap to select, and would often also not work when clicking to select. Battery life mediocre. Camera quality mediocre; felt it was grainy - I would not use this for work meetings.

Says it comes with a stylus. It didn't come with a stylus.
If true, it's false advertising. If it's supposed to come with one, it wasn't in the box.
