It's Strong as hell
It's not what you think it is, it won't make your groin numb.... you'll still feel the jolt of getting kicked in the balls but you won't have the pain after it. Quality wise it's amazing the guard has a hard plating and padding so you don't get hurt in there💀 overall it's a 9/10 surely go for it!👍

It feels ok. Ordered S and felt little tight for me. And any sort of size chart wasn't available.(Dear compact sports fans, when you buy any protective gears, please do post pictures and review as much as possible since brands/products in India is very limited and there are less or almost no details available on any.
