Does the job. I felt the head of the winder is a tad bigger so it kept hitting the other tuner nuts on a strat but it is smooth to wind the strings.

This works well. Spins easily and the space that holds the head of the tuner is thin enough to fit between tightly spaced heads. It’s an excellent price and brand name. So it’s a good deal

You can never go wrong with Ernie ball products

Plastic pin that hold the joint together easily pulls out. Lasted less then 6 strings. Used some super glue and its not coming apart again. Its worth it for the low price, easy fix makes it good as new.

This is so much easier than winding the string by hand. Should have purchased one years ago.

First off, LOVE Ernie Ball products. Been using them for years. Decided to get a string winder and of course I'm gonna go EB. Got the product in, opened the package and thought I got a bad one. It was so stiff that it was almost impossible to turn. I mean for $3 I was not expecting much, but come on. So I spent the next few days just spinning it and spinning it to loosen it up. It finally did, but I don't think I should have had to spend days twirling it around. Could I have gotten a bad one? Sure but I don't know. I'm only out $3 so no big deal but with my very limited sample, it's a "go with someone else" for a string winder.

This is a simple, no frills tool that works exactly as described.

Way faster than cracking wit ur hand. I’d recomend
