Relief
As a runner I've had problems with Plantar Fasciitis for a number of years on and off. The only real relief I've had is from resting my foot - sometimes for weeks. It didn't hep that I recently got a job which involves walking up to 10 miles on a shift. Although the exercise is good my foot was screaming at me. I brought these insoles as a last resort really but what a difference. Quite unbelievable considering the price. ( I had to spend over £100 on running shoes with support) After a little while getting used to them I've had no pain or issues with my foot even after walking miles in them. I cannot recommend them highly enough and just wish I had found them sooner! Will defo be buying some more.

Supportive and good value
iMedic Premium Orthotic Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis - Arch Support Insoles - Flat Feet Supports - Full Length - UK Size 7-8.5,Black/Gold,M:This is a repeat purchase for different foot wear.Very supportive orthotic inserts using various materials including a hard plastic raised arch insert underneath which will extend its life compared to similar products just using crushable foam.I have been using the same product for a few months and have been very pleased with the comfort and arch support these insoles give. Please note that these are for people who need a higher arch support and may be too much for anyone who only need a mild rise in the arch. Also note that the top of your foot will be lifted slightly by the arch support and some footwear( especially if already snug) may then put a little uncomfortable pressure upon the top if your foot, as with any thick inserts.I use mine in several work boots UK size 9 and find that the 7-8.5 M size fit fine with just a little trim on the side near the little toe.Very pleased with the construction and quality of these insoles which are far better than others I have used previously at far higher prices which compress after 2 months use.

Disappointed
They feel wrong. The arch protection is to close the heels. So the put pressure on your heel and part of your arch has not suppot. I compared them with the insoles of my nike shoes for running (pegasus which are highly supportive) and you can see on my photos the difference of where the support for the arch should be placed. I'll send them back, I can ended up with an injury using this product.

They work!
I have suffered on and off with foot pain for several years (Plantar Fasciitis), I play golf a fair bit and the pain has been getting worse despite golf shoes having support insoles. But indoor shoes don't, slippers don't and the pain continued until it went. Put these into my slippers and.....close to miraculous. I felt significant improvement straight away. These work. Might take a little while to get used to the feeling but you will quite quickly. I ordered a second pair and have just received them.

Good fit for stretchy shoes but otherwise, not really.
So I bought these as a series of purchases trying to find a set that I could use in my Chelsea boots as the footbed is awful and lacks any support. Inserting these was great in isolation of trying them on in my house and standing still. Walking beyond 3 mins starts to present a challenge which is that the heel is raised above the cup like area the ball of your heel typically sits in, creating rubbing and blisters. Secondly, the raising of the entire foot means you now get pressure on the bridge of your foot which if wearing leather shoes/boots won't provide much give and so makes the foot feel compressed and tight with little relief unless removed. So my experiment ultimately meant these were unsuitable for their intended purpose, because the raise mentioned in the description refers to the arch, not the overall foot/heel, essentially making my shoes less comfortable. Now as a contrast, I did try these in my trainers where the tol panel stretched more and the feeling was much better, still a bit tight, but the shoe's flexibility made a huge difference.Ultimately they do kind of work, but the type of shoe will need to be considered as they don't suit everything!
