What is the best way to connect power to the 2 fans at the back of the case when using PoE+ hats?

Re question earlier, i borrowed b082zldmz6 from my friend and find out gpio 5v (pin 1,3) used and no way to power fan of the case, any idea?

do you provide standoff screws for the pis to rest on the rack or normal screws ?
