Easy way to have zest on hand all the time
Used this in my orange cranberry sourdough bread. I used OJ concentrate mixed with the zest and the craisins to plump them up. The zest has a great taste and smell. Very happy with it.

Really great orange peel
Used it with chicken breasts and it was great, full of flavor. It's very coarse which makes for a nice appearance as well.

Bitter and very hard
I thought These could be used for making desserts, but the flavor is not of fresh orange, but bitter. Useless and non refundable.

Excellent flavor, but could recommend soaking in liquid to soften before using in baked recipes.
Must be soaked to soften before using in recipes. Is good added to tea when brewing.
