Q: Could this work on red hair?

Q: do you have to use a blow dryer to set it?

No you dont. If you do use a blow dryer or curling iron after putting in hair, make sure it's on a low setting. The more you mess with it after application the less intense it will be.

Q: Does this contain any amount of PPD?

All hair color contains color pigments.
