Slip 2000 EWL30, 100% Pure Synthetic CLP, For High Heat Environments Like Suppressed or High Round Counts, Reduces Friction, 4 oz

I have used many lubes over the the last 20 years or so, and this is the absolute best there is. Been using it for a few years now, and I absolutely love it. It’s nice and thick, stays exactly where you put it, yet still migrates just enough into your springs and whatnot, but it doesn’t seep out of your guns. Super slick and just the best lube I’ve ever used. I can’t imagine I will change to anything else. Maybe the standard EWL if I need something thinner, but the EWL 30 has works in every firearm I have and I have never had an issue. Highly highly highly recommend.

I’ve tried a lot of oil brands, but I keep coming back to Slip2000. It just works great. Plus, I like how it is non-toxic, and has no smell so it’s fine to use inside the house.... but I’ll still miss the scent of Dad’s old school Hoppe’s “aftershave”! I keep looking for something better, but after many years and a lot of trial and error, I honestly haven’t found the perfect and elusive unicorn oil. So this is about as close as it gets for me. Any of the Slip oils are great, but I like this one for its higher viscosity. It tends to stay put better, and the EWL formulation seems to last a bit longer. But you can’t go wrong with any of their products, plus they are safe on all surfaces including polyimides for all you Tupperware fans.

It's an excellent lubricant and corrosion inhibitor for firearms. Because it's thicker than most oils, it tends to stay where it's put in the firearm. It's also pretty good at handling higher temperatures.

I bought this product to maintain all of my firearms, and as an alternative to the Break-Free CLP that's been my choice for many years. If there was one thing I could change about Break-Free, it would be the viscosity of the lube itself. I never did quite like how "runny" it was, and thought I couldn't do better until I discovered Slip2000's EWL30. The two things that immediately stood out to me were its fully synthetic base stock and complete lack of PTFE. However, it supposedly does the job of a CLP all the same. I figured what the heck? I might as well try it.I'm glad I did. It doesn't run and stays where I put it, and I can tell you from personal experience that it makes cleaning my AR and pistols much easier than it was with Break-Free. Carbon just seems to wipe right off. It also seems to better resist drying out after extended periods of carry or long range sessions, something I never quite liked about the old CLP. Yes, this Slip2000 product is a little pricey, but it delivers on its promises. 5 stars, easy.

I started using Slip 2000 in Iraq with reluctance and quickly found out that it was awesome. This lubricant makes reliability go through the roof and makes cleaning easier! Can’t say enough good about it! Would recommend this product to anyone!

I use this on AR-10 bolt carriers that are tight and/or new. It cures short stroking and makes them run like a race car. Basically, the best go to tactical rifle lubricant on the market.

I bought this for my AK and VEPR. I have used it on the FCG, bolt and stem, and "rails" for the bolt carrier. I noticed an immediate difference in movement of the bolt carrier, very slick. I also noticed this smooth slick action with the FCG. So that tells me I am reducing wear on these parts, Clean up is the same for me regardless of the product because I do the same maintenance and spend the same time...I'm picky like that. The one downfall is also what makes this product work and that is its high viscosity. you cant just spray or drip it where you want it. Be prepared to do fingertip or q-tip work to get it where you want it to go. After a quick day at the range the lubed parts still felt slick and that is something I was not getting with the other products I was using for lube. Its a bit pricy, but I think it is worth it for your semi autos.Also used it on my Mosin bolt and it is SMOOTH!! Definitely would not hesitate to use it on bolt actions.
