Q: will this charge with a 100w 12v solar panel with Anderson connector

Hello, the solar power reception range of this power station is 18-70V.

Q: can i use 12volt solar panel to charge this generator.

I don't think you can as they recommend 17v to 70v to charge with solar panels

No you can’t charge the unit this way , can only use the unit to charge devices from this

Q: I have a 40W ceiling lamp that I want to disconnect from the mains and have it rewired by an electrician to this charger. Can this be done?

I have only ever used this power bank to charge other rechargable devices such as laptops, phones and rechargable batteries, lights and a smart watch. I have tested it on my chest freezer and kettle which works really well. The energy drain from the kettle takes 25% of battery life from the power bank so it's expensive if you don't use all of the water from the jug. I wouldn't rewire a ceiling lamp in to this. I would buy a lamp stand with a plug and do that instead. Use an energy saving light bulb and in theory should last longer but I haven't tested this to see if it works.
