Q: Description only lists the 5 small brushes, the large one, and the spray...does the set include all the brushes that are pictured?

I just looked at my set.Yes it does come with every brush in the picture. 10 brushes total and one can of spray.

Q: will the purple pro simple green clean the #8 grinder Auger, head grinder, and nut after the have been in the dishwasher? then the silicone spray?

We do not recommend harsh detergents or putting grinder parts in the dishwasher. Warm soapy water, towel dry, lubricate with silicone spray for storage. Thanks!

Q: Can you use it to help push the meat into the grinder and help stuffing sausage

No definately not. The kit has various brushes and comes with the food grade silicone spray. The brushes are perfect for cleaning not only the grinder and plates, but aI use them on my stuffer as well. The pusher that came with your stuffer is the only thing you should use to put meat into the grinder with, I use a piece of bread at the end to push the last bits of meat through the blades. This kit is for cleaning only, and them use the spray on the knives and plates to prevent rust.

Q: Are the brushes food grade?

I am a Banquet chef. I have used my #8 grinder for 5 years. Yes, the brushes are food grade, particularly be sure to only use them for such. I recently ordered and received another set of the brushes to clean my canning jars.
