So far it is good
I have the version that has 16G Ram and one TB SSD. This replaced a similar 27 inch Dell from 7-8 years ago. The new one is much faster and so far easy to set up and a joy to use. Furthermore, Dell got rid of the almost 2 inch border around the older model as well as made it thinner and lighter. Thus, it makes a smaller footprint with the same size screen. To be fair, the old one gave me good support as I did most of the work as a college teacher from home and spent a lot of time in Blackboard academic management system. I just retired so the new computer will not be relied upon for work. I bought the Asurion warranty but I hope that I will not have to use it.

A Nice Home Office Computer.
This all-in-one computer works great. It takes minimal real estate on my desk compared to the desktop computer it replaced. The screen is large and easy to see and I enjoy having 32 GB of ram. I can have multiple docs and multiple apps open at the same time with no problems. My only nit-pick is that the accessory ports (USB, HDMI, etc) are on the back. Having some of them along the side of the screen would be nice.

Great for work
Got this computer for work. It is perfect for what I need. I connected an older second monitor, but needed to get a crt to HDMI cable. Has taken a little getting use to Windows 11.

Keyboard sucks...support is a waste of time.
Bought the desk top 3 months ago, keyboard was working intermediary...we thought that it was the batteries. We have changed them 3x. Them we call Dell (India), and after about 20 minutes of translation, got transferred to Dell (Pakistan). Still, 15 minutes of "what n huh?" got transferred to Dell (Indonesia). They finally asked tor the service tag, which is not on the back of the monitor like all the other numbers, but on the bottom of the 27" all in one monitor. In the smallest print possible. I had to try to flip it upside-down and take a picture with my phone so I could blow it up. NUTS..... (Like Ford that had a "Better Idea" and didn't use it.)Now still on the phone with Dell(Indonesia) trying to troubleshooting for 90 minutes now, instead of sending me a new keyboard. Now after 2 hours she finally said they would Send me a new keyboard. Ugh!!

I wouldn’t buy a computer from her
The seller did a bait and switch on me. When I turned it on the screen went Pink and purple, I called Del right away and they asked me for the model number or tag number or whatever it was and they told me that they don’t see anything like that in the system so they said It was bought at Costco in the box she sent my supposedly new computer did not match the box. So I returned it
