We selected this item for its compact nature and size for our small room. The item arrived on time and as per the description. The supplier installed the item and even did retouching for some scratches caused during transportation. The item is as per the size and look in the description. Some details are noted below:1) It has a 3 x 6 x 1 ft storage space (box) that is openable through only top with hydraulic cover.2) When the box is open, we get 6 x 6 ft space for sleeping at bottom and 3 x 6 ft space at top. So, this a very compact and efficient solution for small bedrooms. Especially, for kids preferably over 8-10 years the top bunk is very attractive, and they feel very good sitting and sleeping on the top.3) There are 3 ladders for climbing up on the 3 sides of the bed. One on the longer side of bed is removable. Most probably one of it will not be usable if it is kept in the corner of the room.4) There are anti-fall grills at top so it is safe. Enough sitting height both at top and bottom beds in a typical room so it is comfortable to sit and study / work on this bed. Care needs to be taken if there is a ceiling fan in the room. The fan might have to be removed or shifted so that it directly does not comes in contact with the person at the top. This can cause safety hazard. If the room has only an AC fitted, then there are no safety issues.5) It is made of powder coated iron, but it is not very heavy and can be installed easily (by two people approximate time 40mins) using only a 16/17 spanner (included with the bed). The supplier does support installations in some areas.6) Standard 3 x 6 mattress perfectly fits in the bed. Totally 3 would be required (not included with the bed)Overall value for money and a very space efficient product.

Very good and strong product. 3 people can easily sleep. The bottom part has two 3X6 bed, and one of them slides below the other. Thus, saving space. It has also good amount of space under the sliding part which can be used for storage. Overall, very satisfied with the product.
