Very Responsive Seller, and As Advertised!
I ordered these for a dinner party, and something odd happened with UPS. Apparently the package arrived but they turned around and sent it back without even trying to deliver it. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement and told me it would arrive today, and voila! It did.I have to admit, I was a little concerned about buying fish (Seabass) on-line. However, the order was as described and solidly frozen. The seller included a free sampling of salmon as well. Now, that is service! While I have not yet cooked them, the pieces of Chilean Seabass are large 8oz cuts, and look quite nice. Can't wait to eat them. I will report back, but I'm positive they will be succulent and buttery as Chilean Seabass is.
