The item does not come with the adjustable strap that is used when you first put it on. It has an unadjustable velcro already placed on it which was too tight. It is a good quality item and length is good too.

The media could not be loaded. This is my honest review on this product my waist trainer didn’t come with a loop to adjust it to my size and I was disgusted until I found a video on how to do it.

If I was skinny it would be great. But I'm a plus size and found once on it constantly rolled down. I stopped trying to use it after a week.

Iove the grip the tight hold and the hour glass shape it gives. Very affordable and easy to wear. Looks and feels great the quality it’s thick too wont regret this purchase I didn’t twice in two years

This has to be one of the worst Amazon purchases I've ever made in my life. If you're bigger, and have a bigger fupa, it may or may not fit. It does not come with a loop. It has Velcro tabs. But if you're too big you can't actually get them to connect. It barely does for me and it's super tight. The thing rolls the whole time. It doesn't even cover half of what it needs to. Very uncomfortable. Waste of money.
