TimeMoto TM-616 - Time Clock with RFID Reader for up to 200 Users - Including Employee Management Software

We've been using it for almost 18 months now and I have no complaints. While the desktop software has some little oddities to it (like insisting I use A4 paper, and refusing to print to PDF), those aren't show stoppers.I installed this to add more accountability and reduce our risk of time theft by employees, and I would say it paid for itself many times over in that regard.I can't speak for any unpleasant experiences that others may have had, but I never had any problems with our unit.

Tried to create two accounts. Account would let us in for the first time. Would allow us to set up machine and employees. After logging out and trying to login to two accounts, website says invalid username or password. Attempt to forgot your password link, even though we knew password. Website said account did not exist with that email. Thought, well okay lets set up a new account. Website would not allow sign up as it says this email is already associated with an account. A safescan member will reach out saying they are willing to help, but when asked to phone us or email there is no response. Product is modern I'm sure effective, but their execution to software and websites needs some severe help and updating. My suggestion would be to look at other products or ensure you have many many many patients to set this up. We have both time the TimeMoto 616 and 828. Both inoperable with no support in sight.

Very good modern design & great features

I like that you can use this device without paying for a monthly subscription. You can sinc to it with one computer through your local network for free. If you want access from anywhere, there is software you can pay for, but I found it unnecessary for my needs. I have 11 employees and this device is so much better than the old time card device we had before. The reports and setup are easy to understand. You can set it up in a simple way, or make more complicated rules and work groups. The only reason I did not give 5-stars is because it doesn't come with any key-chain fobs. It does come with a bunch of "cards" for checking in and out, but I much prefer the key-chain fob and had to buy them separately. Other than that, I highly recommend.

ease of use for the workers. easy to read reports. Needs a little time to get the system to work to fit our needs but pleased with the results so far. Confused by the wording on the advertisement for the cards, as refers to 100 cards but that is the title not the amount of cards you get with the order. Only 5 cards included. Had to order another 50 separately which cast over $200.
