Dr. Oetker Select Fine Leaf Gelatine 13G

I purchased this as it was recommended to me by a person who does gold leaf on glass. The gelatin is used to adhere the gold to the glass. It is perfect for this use.

This product is much better than using the brittle dry type. Great to stabilize whipped cream when using with cakes.
