Revision 5-12-24.I had bought this as a senior citizen with problem with foot and leg cramps evenings after strenuous walking or yard work etc. I had originally rated it 1 star on extremely salty taste.Yesterday I overachieved and planted 18 plants when my new "old guy" limit is around six, because we are leaving town and needed them in the ground. Even though I drank water regularly during this 6 hour dig,around midnight I was hit with massive leg, foot, arm, even finger cramps so severe I was about to head to the emergency room. I remembered I still had the Kinderlyte. I poured about 4 ounces in an 8 ounce water glass, and 2-3 ounces of water on top and drank it. I then ate a half a banana, and walked to ward them off, hoping and praying. In about 15 minutes, the cramps started to subside, and in 25 minutes I could go back to bed. I mixed KL and water 50 50 in a glass on my nightstand. When minor cramps returned, drank and went back to sleep. Wow! Customer for life.The seller reached out to me after I rated this 1 star on extremely salty taste, offered a full refund. That is a stand up company. So I revised this review to an average 1 star my opinion really salty + stand up company to offer refund.... average of 3 stars. I suggest you buy one to try if you think it interests you.

Nice tasting - convenient orderingCame on time - needed for hydration

Love the product. Works well. Taste is good. You pay a little more but the ingredients are much better than a “Sports-drink” so basically you will get what you pay for, a better quality hydration.

The electrolytes seemed to work well. There was an overpowering salty taste which disagreed with my palate. Flavor choice limits were off-putting. The taste really does matter.

It’s a great way to keep me hydrated.

First of all, this hydration drink is the only one that we can mix with my daughter’s formula that does not make her feel nauseous. She is an adult who is tube fed. She works, hikes, and lives an active life, so this is a huge win for us.Secondly, we have a condition where it is difficult for our bodies to stay hydrated enough, and this makes it possible without all the fake ingredients that make a mom worry about prolonged use- which is something that is always on my mind. I give this to my children and have peace of mind that this is a win-win not a calculated risk/ benefit scenario. Well worth the money! I am thankful for such an excellent product. When you have medically complex needs and you find something that works this well and fits your needs so perfectly, you throw your loyalty there whole heartedly. Don’t be fooled though, this hydration drink works wonders for those who don’t have medical needs as well. We will be customers from now on.

Tried Coconut Lime and liked it so I thought this would be even better. It's absolutely disgusting. It tastes like raw cranberries, which are awful. Not sure if I got a bad batch but definitely won't try this flavor again.
