The media could not be loaded. I don’t remember when last I was so happy. It’s been years searching for biltong in America that tastes exactly like the biltong I got back home in SA. This was so amazing, fresh, & the flavors were wow. I’m never getting bolting from anywhere else and I’m going to be getting this on a regular basis. If you haven’t had this your missing out.

So been buying for a while. My 10 y/o daughter my 15 y/o boy both dive into it like it’s candy. And I buy it for me. I’m writing now because somehow every time I get.a new delivery it tastes better than I remember. It doesn’t last a week between the 3 of us. So today after her and I ate a half a slab since she is home sick I needed to send some praise for my favorite snack food.

Down the entire length of the biltong where the fat was bc it was thicker it was not fully dried still having spring in it like it was a med rare stake it was inetible. I'll be honest I liked when it was shipped in the vacuum sealed pouches not the individual package

My husband is South African, so, naturally, we had to find quality biltong solid slabs in the US. Biltong Depot hits the spot! We've ordered from them probably 5 or 6 times now, and have been consistently happy every time. We even tried biltong from another US-based seller and it was nothing compared. I love biltong in a slab! And this was a great find. I’ve tried a bunch and this is my favorite so far.Excellent quality. Perfect moisture content.A close family friend brings biltong from Namibia. This is very similar, just as good.

It's been the better part of 35 years since I have had a slab of this, but I assure you this is the real thing.

You are better off purchasing precut slices. It enjoy a slab you must (1) have a razor sharp knife and cut very, very thin slices and (2) be prepared to eat the slab quickly because spoilage is an issue.
