If I put a hitch with a 2 inch rise in the lower receiver is there enough clearance to still use the top receiver for a bike rack?

As long as I'm within the tongue and tow limit, can I use a weight distribution hitch in the lower receiver?

What is the distance from receiver hole to hole? And how on earth is this not included in the description!?

Can you hitch/unhitch a trailer without having to remove a bike rack? Not enough room between the receivers on my Curt adapter.
