Q: Does this come with the UV light?

Hello! No. The product contains the resin in the container, the instructions, and the box.

Q: Does this resin get hot as it's curing? Most resins do, but it's a problem for my 3D printed "frames" as they warp with the heat.

It does for a few seconds bc I put this on my nails it gets warm but not untolerable.

Q: Can you mix pigment into the resin?

I think you can. it's resin, why not? but I only concerned about it may a bit hard to mix pigment without bubble and hard to remove the bubble away (sure you'll use torch, lighter and heart gun to remove the bubble. I just assume it may takes some time even. just thought.), because this product is very thick texture.
