I purchased this water flosser in May 2023, initially impressed with its performance and the battery-changeable setup. However, after just 1 year and 4 months of moderate use, the unit has completely stopped working. Despite charging the batteries, it’s not charging or functioning at all. For a product that seemed promising, I’m deeply disappointed by its lack of durability.Given the price and initial expectations, I had hoped for a longer lifespan. I would not recommend this product if you're looking for something that lasts.

The flosser works pretty ok, even at lowest speed setting. The design is safe from a water ingress perspective.One charge of the battery lasts more than 20 x 5 min flossing sessions. ( Didn't use to the limits..).However it would have been best to have a lesser weight and a user manual esp for first time users .Cleaning the back side of front teeth is little tricky
