Great when a boost needed, only usually need one dose too

Fantastic stuff , and it’s alcohol free / no nasties , additives, flavouring , preservatives etc . Not easy to find such a product on the market .I take a higher dose than the recommended dose on the packet and it’s been a life saver . People should of course always check about dosage and what will suit their particular needs .It’s fantastic for the system adapting to all sorts of stressors . I highly recommend , Very Impressed with quality .My understanding is that one should take a break after a while of taking this , then re start . I’ve read from another amazon customer review that this really helps that root chakra , and that ginko biloba helps with the crown chakra .I’m looking to start ginko at some point . Will be very interesting to see their synergy .

I managed to use this a couple of times but it's just too sweet, not sure how much sugar or sweetener is in there but for me it's unusable which is a shame. I'd rather have bad taste and a healthy product but feels like I'm drinking sugar water with this
