this replacement case works great. The case that came with my meter had no zipper to contain loose lancets. Easy to open, will hold all kit components for diabetes checking.

Doesn’t hold meter
The one touch ultra 2 doesn’t fit in the straps. I like the design and the fact I can carry everything I need, but my meter is not secured so I have to be careful opening the case. It still works for what I needed it to.

Meter does not stay in
The elastic straps do not hold the meter. I had to put it in the zip pocket. I kept it because I am getting ready to travel and the meter needs protection. Would not buy again.

Fits perfectly!
I took pictures, but the app no longer allows pictures uploaded from the gallery, but I haven't seen anyone mention the glucose reader I have. My One Touch Verio Reflect did not include a bag or pouch. Instead it came with a belt clip of some sort. This inexpensive little zipper bag fits just right for my unit along with strips and lancets. Very happy with my purchase.

Bad fit.
The elastic to hold the device comes horizontal. The machine doesn't stay in the elastic. I removed the elasticated repositioned it criss cross so it would hold the device in place. If you can handsew you can make this work easily. Other than that the item works as intended.
