I’ve ordered this soup three times now. It’s delicious and quick and one of my top favorites!

And so easy to make in a mug just by adding boiling water. Even has tiny croutons and has a very authentic flavor. Sometimes I toss a packet into a crockpot meal for a different taste in familiar recipes.

Part of my high rating is nostalgia. Reminds me of happy times in Europe. But good in its own right.I put some of the soup mix with dry couscous and shelf-stable parmesan cheese in a ziplock and took it backpacking. Just added cool water, waited, and had mushroom couscous. Not really gourmet, but nature makes everything taste better.

This is my second time buying this cup soup. It tastes delicious and it makes a really good snack or side dish. The only complaint I have is that the soup packets don’t come in a box. The packets will either be taped to each other (which is what happened the first time I bought this item) or they’ll be in a plastic bag with the Amazon barcode sticker on it (which is what happened the second time). Other than that, this soup is really good and I definitely recommend trying it!

Umami Explosion! Try it with milk too.This is my third purchase. I definitely want this soup in regular rotation. High sodium tho, so it’s best not to drink everyday.

Has the best flavored mushroom flavor of any soup available, it's just easier in a packet.
