You should know that this is an excellent flour with less gluten, which sells for much less in France, as my French friends have all told me it has a ridiculously high profit margin and sells for about $3 in France. The markup for 5 small 2.2-pound packages between May 4 and July 14 went from $ 37.05 to $67.05. A 50% markup! I will have to look for a different flour and company. It especially hurts because I have been an excellent customer for many years. Je suis vraiment navrée ! Even if the tariffs have started, this flour was no doubt already in the US.

So good! You just might be in France. Wonderful to work with. The texture is amazing. And my daughter who cannot tolerate American wheat can eat this!

I had read about the difference in European flour compared to US flour. Being skeptical especially given the cost, I read many reviews both here and online. So I decided why not try it. I am shocked how the taste and baking is so much better with this flour with wvery recipe where I have used it and I will be buying it again and again!

Must bake it to see. What REAL, healthy flour can be and US flour is not . So happy to find this flour.Thank You

Excellent flour as described. It is a bit pricey for my everyday use, but it was a delight to use for a special occasion.

Though expensive, this is a lovely organic flour that doesn't make me bloat or trigger any food sensitivities. French flour uses a different type of wheat that is lower in gluten compared to what we get in America, and the wheat isn't exposed to glyphosate. So yes, it's expensive compared to American flour, but for me it's worth the price.

I had to throw out all 4 bags of this flour. They all smelled moldy, and one package was a solid brick and one was filled with large hard lumps. The other 2 bags smelled moldy. It was an expensive loss and very disappointing.

I really don't write that many reviews on Amazon but for this flour I will. It's excellent and makes for some wonderful baked good. Incredibly it doesn't trigger my Gluten sensitivities. I can't recommend it enough.
