Great underpants for diabetics.
I am a type one diabetic and need to wear cotton underpants to prevent infections. Cotton underware breathes. These are the best cotton underpants that I have found as they are soft, fit well and wash well.

They are not consistent with the sizes you order
I gave it another try hoping they would all be the same size, but NO they are NOT, I washed them and wore 3 pair and they were fine then I put on the 4th pair, and they were too small! Why can't they give you what you order? I will not order Hanes again.

Terrible design and fit.
This is the last time I will buy this product, terrible fit, something has been changed in the make and design. I’ve worn this style and size for many years, I made a bad choice by assuming they would fit, washed them without trying them on first. Now, no option to return them. Also, I will never order such a personal item on my husband’s account again.
