I put these up with heavy-duty velcro as this is easy and never falls off. I was really impressed. I brought these as fill in gaps for larger custom made acoustic panels which haven't arrived yet and I noticed the difference in echo straight away. I could have probably saved myself a lot of money and just brought the larger ones ?? Anyway I am so impressed I have ordered some more for a joining room. Highly recommended! Great budget option that actually works.

As spot panels to control frequencies, these can be surprisingly effective. However, they can also have a very negative impact on the sound with wrong placement. So experimentation is required! Even just a few inches on my walls gave differences in perceived sound.I initially thought they would be good behind the speakers, but it overdamped the mids and treble. I then found out sticking them behind the TV brought the best effect, tidying up the centre channel reflections.These do not work well as diffusors, they do absorb. They absorb more mids and treble than bass in my experience, which makes sense considering the thickness.A great way to find out what panels and placement required and a decent price!I agree with some reviews on the colour... it is not white. Grey with a slightly blue tinge would be accurate.

Not a similar colour to what is shown in the pictures online, they are basically a grey but I'll be covering them. Ordered white also and they get dirty too quickly. Soundproofing wise.... A bit more muffled but it'll do for what I need it for.

I purchased 2 packs to help quieten our server which is an open planned office. As thee are pieces, rather than on a roll, it made it easier to place them where I wanted them and this helped leave some ventilation room. I'll probably order another pack in the near future.

I never even got a chance to use this product - I unpacked it and straight away noticed the stink coming from the foam. I left it for a day or two to see if the smell would subside - in the end, it ended polluting the whole ground floor of the house with a bad smell .. it smelt like cats piss, disgusting and I ended up putting the whole lot in the local skip.

Put these round a drinks fridge that is making a lot of noise and they made no difference at all.Very disappointing
