Bought it when I tested positive for Covid to find something new to learn. I was able to relate to so many of the small steps and initiatives mentioned in the book. It was nostalgic to think of all the hand me down clothes I've worn as a child. This is something I continue to practice with my children. Some really simple suggestions such as repurposing dhotis as nappies, using tooth powder,making bathing powder at home are of the stuff I've loved doing. Sustainable choices such as cloth diapers and cloth pads is also something new that I picked up in the last 2 years. Highly recommend this book to people who are willing to take small steps towards a clean and sustainable lifestyle!

Srini & Shubhashree have put together a super simple guide with no faff. This is beautifully laid out and well written.It takes you through easy and very doable steps one can take towards a zero waste existence. Usually, books on this topic seem to take the moral high ground and shame people into feeling they are not doing anything right. What sets this book apart is the very relatable and compassionate tone it takes towards the reader which has become a rarity in this age of virtue signalling. Great job Srini and Subashree🥂 can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Totally suggest to read this book, irrespective of which stage you are in your pursuit towards a less-waste life. Macro explanations and micro action items.

This book has so many ideas to cut down waste in every single aspect of your life and gives easier simpler alternatives to sustainable living with amazing tips and neat illustrations. I'm definitely gifting this set of books to my city friends who are on the path to lead a sustainable lifestyle.
