Everything about a carabiner that you would want. Size was right for me, sturdiness, spring seems good. The “fit and finish” however is lacking at best. Each one had several sharp edges and I’m not talking about where it closes. Those edges are especially sharp. During the manufacturing process, the welding is done quickly and sloppily. Little to no grinding of sharp edges after the welding was done. I had to use files and a Dremel tool with grinding attachment to smooth them out so that ropes or whatever you use with them with didn’t get cut or worn.

Used to lift grain super sacs, 4 together will not consistently lift 2500# without damage.

These spring hooks were a great price for a bulk pack. They would likely work great for light duty everyday needs. But the quality of construction would cause questions about rated capacity. The finish is not as expected or pictured (top actual/bottom pictured). If I did not need a hook to withstand excessive loads to prevent costly damage, I would have kept them and had spares for other uses. But I had to return them to be safe.

You listed these are stainless steel, but with further reading they are zinc plated steel. Huge difference! False advertising! Zinc plated steel will always eventually rust. Not nice!!!
