Still early days to say if these fish oil capsules are helping and are working for myself yet. But I don't get any after tastes and definitely are value for money. Give them go.

One or my essential daily vitamins, as an older lady I hope to keep myself as healthy and mobile as possible as I suffer from arthritis. Repeat purchases. NB capsules are quite large if you have a problem with swallowing.
