Q: For larger sizes are the breasts covered all the way? Some stop right above the nipple - too low for me.

I have an extra large and the breasts are fully covered.

Q: I normally but my cami's from Express, would you say these are comparable?

These are better than Express. They are made from very soft cotton. They feel expensive. The stretch band under the breasts is covered and soft. the fabric is a bit thicker than most so it fits better. I just wish they had more colors. I would buy one in so many more colors.
