ABCO Products Extra Large Stainless Steel Sponge Scrubbers - 6 Pack - 50 gram

I got tired of trying to find decent steel pan scrubbers at the local discount store. I researched, and bought these to try them out. WOW, they are great. They're large enough that for my home use, I cut them into 2 or even 3 pieces, and they last an extremely LONG time. I hope they continue to be available.

The stainless scrubbers that I am replacing with these had a thicker, more substantial wire coil. While vigorously scrubbing pots with cooked on residual the scrubber changed from round to a foot-long bundle of thin wire. It took me several minutes to restore the ball scrubber. Don't get me wrong, it scrubs the pots and pans wonderfully but is just not as substantial as the old commercial scrubbers that these will replace.

Very generous size, you can divide in two or even three pieces. Stainless steel won't rust into a nasty black mess on your sink top.

These are large sponges; however I would not recommend cutting them in half, as done by some reviewers. I've tried and it left me with painful little cuts and nicks on my hands when I use them.

Bought these and a stainless steel spatula for my mother so she can start cooking with her stainless steel pans. We have been doing so for years and explained how to do did it (heat pan first, add cooking spray or oil, then food). Most times, nothing sticks, but whatevr residue does, can be scrubbed off with the scrubbers. My mother is extremely happy with her pans now. The right tools make all the difference!

Well, first of all, these scrubbers are a great quality stainless steel that didn't leave a 50 pound rust stain on my sink like some others have done. Secondly, I thought I was only buying one scrubber but I got a whole pack of them! THIRDLY, these really are huge! But rather than whine about that as I noticed a few other reviewers did, I discovered that if you pull this scrubber very carefully and gently, you can divide it and cut it into TWO seperate perfectly formed scrubbers that fit very comfortably in your hand and still do an outstanding job. I'm really happy, this turned out to be one of the most economical buys I have made on Amazon!

I purchased this product hoping it would be a good substitute to the Pampered Chef version which I can no longer find, however, it is not! The main benefit of this type of product is supposed to be no scratching but these scratch like crazy - I had to throw them all away.

Used it to clean a stainless steel pan and it worked great. Used it on an aluminum rectangular pan today to try to get the corners clean. It is a little large and round for corners but by pulling out a little bit of the outside of the pad and pressing hard I was able to get it clean. The corners had been like that for a long time so pleased with the results and it didn't scratch the pan!
