I am comparing it to the regular granola bars and mixture that we make at home in comparison this is relatively harder I guess to make it crunchier they made it hard and the chocolate coating is full of sugar so please don’t add sugar while you are add it in your yoghurtThe protein content depends on how much you’re eating. It is written behind the ingredients and when it comes to eating it it’s absolutely east of use just open the packet. Add it in your milk or in your car the way you want to eat it quality it will be more value for money, they add more nuts and seeds instead so much sugar content

I have regularly purchased this item for the past 2 years and the recent changes made to this product makes it completely different from the original great product that it was.This product use to contain big chunks of Granola which had a rich chocolate taste and now its full of pebbles that taste like sugar.Secondly this bag use to have an easy tear of strip on the top and was resealable now it has to be cut with scissors and the bag has no seal so product will not remain fresh after opening it.Was part of my subscribe and save but now will not even consider this product. From almost 5 stars to 1 star!Absolutely disappointed in this brand and what they have done to this product.
