Looks and acts brand new!
The media could not be loaded. Appearance was like brand new. Set up was quick and easy …had it for about 15 minutes and so far love it!

Not happy
Bought laptop Oct 10 and by March it had quit working completely. Won't charge, tested charger and that's fine, and also won't charge with USB-c. Tried calling the support line listed and just says "Google subscriber is not available" . Very frustrating considering I got this laptop specifically for a new business and once I got it all set up it quit on me

Card reader doesn’t work
The CAC reader worked for about 3 weeks, now it doesn’t read certificates. Oh well, the computer was approximately $200. Can’t complain too much.

Misleading description.
"This Renewed product is tested and certified to look and work like new.""- There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length."The ugly black sticker they've placed on top surely can't be described as "Look like new".When I hold it at arms length, I can't miss the huge black fake cover sticker they're using. Praying on customers who don't know what this model of HP looks like when it's new.
