Cape is the perfect length for an adult.
I bought this for my Halloween costume. I’m 5’11 and broad shouldered. So a kids size cape wouldn’t have worked. My only complaint is that there is no string tie, it has Velcro strap that should be much longer. But it worked an, and looked great.

Great costume cape
Great costume cape. I am 5ft4 and this comes down almost to the ground on me - as shown in the picture. Collar stands up nicely. Exactly what I wanted for a Hallowe'en party.
