Q: can I stick these on the silicone keyboard cover I already have on?

Yes, that's exactly what I did and it works perfectly. I take off the cover when I don't need Arabic and just need English keyboard.

Q: do they peel easy and do they last a long time?

Great qualitiy. Strongly attached every time. I take photos with front camera, so i have to remove it almost daily basis, and then put it back again. Very easy to peel with your fingers, but they glue okay every day. So far, using the very first two, with no problems at all.

Q: does this work with chiclet keyboard laptop?

Dear customer, Please kindly note each of the single stickers is about: (W x H): 0.43 inches (11 mm) x 0.51 inches (13 mm) as product image 5, you can measure your keyboard key and compare the size with the sticker if you are not sure.

Q: when removed for cleaning, will stick back again?

I've never removed them. I doubt that they would stick as well, after being removed. When cleaning my keyboard, I just wipe it down, stickers and all.
