Easy to use
Easy to use and a lovely light gold in colour. The c and h could be slightly easier to see.

No product support, tap handle leaking
After having installed this tap, the handle keeps leaking water. I had a plumber look at it twice and there was nothing they could do to fix the issue, they suggested getting a replacement handle. However, this seller does not offer product support for damaged items. Would not recommend.Edit - 27/Oct:After going through several rounds of trying to get a replacement cartridge, Amazon (as fulfillment) was absolute useless in terms of support, and the supplier couldn't be reached via the order.However, I managed to reach the supplier via a new product inquiry and they were fast and helpful in sending a replacement cartridge. It is on its way to me now, I hope it'll solve the problem.

Fast delivery, Nice and secure packing. Well built quality product. However how the hell we take out the areater for cleaning? May be seller or anyone can answer that please.

Poor quality
Only installed these taps 4 weeks ago & already the black paint is coming away.I was really happy at first, stunning to look at but just really unhappy with the quality.

very luxurious and good quality
Absolutely brilliant, swivel spout function is a discovery, as no more glasses for mouth rinsing, but the best bit - brushed brass doesn't keep fingerprints or watermarks so after a month of using didn't have to clean once yet, while shiny chrome needs to be scrubbing everyday in old bathroom, - perfect.
