Well made brace, easy to put on and really helped when I damaged my knee, offers excellent support

I am awaiting a knee replacement and my surgeon suggested this. Helps me walk about without need crutches. My daughter says I look like robocop. She's not wrong lol. Good adhesion with strong velcro although I do sometimes struggle to stop it sliding down my leg unless I get the tension right. I can't wear it without trousers underneath though. It digs in and makes my leg sore without. Good value though and invaluable for me

Stability is good, performs well. Very good support around the knee. It adheres to leg well. Easy to use with the straps. All straps can be adjusted to comfotabilty.

I was quit disappointed with this product

I have 2 bad knees and this was for my right one im always dubious about the fit of the braces but this one has so many different ways to adjust it its perfect for me and proper hinges as well

I was in a full leg brace for a week following an MCL tear and found the full leg brace kept falling down and thought it was lockable, it didnt come in to the sides of my knee properly. I bought this and am amazed at how good it is. My knee feels very supported and its comfortable and easy to put on. And it doesnt fall down. The hinge at the side gives that supportive feel that you need to have a bit of confidence when walking (esp if you have suffered some knee instability).The only thing I would do to make it better - is make the hinge lockable at 180 degrees (same as a full leg brace does).Someone posted about it being uncomfortable - the straps could rub if you dont fasten them in the right place, so try again.

Not fit for purpose, not long after I received this item it started to come apart at the seams. I did not wear it every day but when I did I needed the support that stopped when i came apart. See photo's.

My particular need was the additional 'local' tightness above and below the knee. This was due to an MCL break which, despite support, could still make for a painful knee at the end of a day free of strenuous use. The previous Neenca support used, although of the correct size, lacked the reinforcement required above and below the knee. Improvised 3" wide elastic bands addressed this shortcoming. The recently acquired Neenca effectively overcomes that lack by the provision of reinforcing straps which 'hold' the support tightly against the 'weak' side.Easily a five star product if only it was a little longer to provide an increased distance between upper and lower rear attachments. This would enable greater flexion of the knee (less discomfort) as I need to descend to my haunches in the course of my duties. My previous 'sleeve' Neenca is proof of this point.
