Valley Fudge, Rocky Road Chocolate, Fresh Artisan Fudge, Real Butter, Gourmet Candy, Half Pound Package

Not proud to admit but fudge is a comfort food for me. I am pretty open to trying it from about anywhere in search of that taste and texture to give me that warm and fuzzy feeling. Including, a bunch from Amazon. This particular one has been my favorite by far (outside of the experience from traveling and getting it fresh). It is creamy and delicious and not too sweet (this is relatively speaking of course because it’s still fudge). Definitely worth trying. And no, I wasn’t paid for this or otherwise compensated with more fudge but I’d be down for that!

Just the kind of walnut fudge I like. Smooth texture, not overly sweet, and small pieces of walnuts. It's a nice portion to savor. I will purchase again.

This fudge hits the spot when you are hungry. But it is a bit too sweet and melty Perhaps make it a little less sweet and a bit harder and then you will have a winner. I know that they won contests but it is my opinion. It's a little too soft and tends to melt easily in your fingers creating a gooey mess. Don't get me wrong and I love sweet chocolate and even this is a tad too sweet for my taste. Tip: If you leave it out and eat it in a few days it hardens OR if you stick it in the refrigerator it does improve in texture and hardens even more. Again, less sugar to the recipe would give it a 5 stars for me.

This fudge is absolutely delicious! Only problem is that the oil in the actual walnuts themselves has gone a bit rancid in this batch. So as long as you spit out the walnuts you're OK! I am a maple & walnut fanatic! I make my box of brownies with a 12 oz bag of walnuts. So they're pretty much walnut brownie bars, so I know my walnuts.

I allow myself this treat once a year and while my blood sugar returns to normal, the memory of this treat is long lasting.

Great penuche fudge! Keeps well in the fridge for many weeks. Rich and delicious.
